ISKA training camp and referee seminar 2010
Kafr El Sheik, Egypt; Mr. HAMADA, ISKA EGYPT president promote again the famous ISKA CAMP in the city Kafr El Sheik near by Cairo.
This camp is for fighters, trainers, coaches for all disciplines. This is also the venue for the international referee Seminar 2010 for newcomers and referees who want to extend their ISKA license.

Istra, Russia; on July 10th Egypt ISKA champion Mohamed ABD ELAZIZ challenge Russian WAKO World Champion Denis LUKASHOV for the vacant ISKA World title -64,50 kg in Full contact. Venue of this event is the City Istra, north of Moscow.
This is for the very first time an African Top class fighter get a chance to became World Champion in Russia. promoter Mr. Vadim URKRAINTSEV is one of the most active promoters in Europe , Mr. Hamada Abd EL-Ghany, ISKA EGYPT president is training with his champion like hell to be well prepared for this so important fight in the career of his champion ABD ELAZIZ.
Again a chance for an African top class fighter for a real World title.

President's Welcome
Welcome to the World Karate & Kickboxing Council website. This site has been organised with the intention of promoting W.K.C. Points Karate, Light Contact and Forms worldwide. It will also serve as a complete W.K.C. source of information for it's members.
It is our intention to breathe new life and fresh impetus into mat sports. For too long the businessmen and the politicians have run our sport at world level to the extent of financially crippling visiting world teams with the costs of getting to a World Championships spiralling out of control. To the extent of the people who really matter "the competitors" not being able to afford to attend their own World Championships. These enormous financial strictures have seen the interest and participation of our sport sadly decline in numbers over the last few years.
The establishing of the world’s first ever Points Karate, Light Contact & Forms ONLY organisation has been in the pipeline for a number of years. We at the W.K.C. promise in perpetuity that the Council will only ever follow the dictate of always keeping costs to a minimum. Thus keeping in touch with not just the sport in general, but also the people that take part, YOU, the competitor.
I and W.K.C World Director Mr Michael Bernardo of Canada bring to the table over 60 years of martial arts experience, expertise, and tournament promoting. We can promise all prospective and future W.K.C national Team members from countries around the globe that our world championship tournaments will offer a platform where you can fight or perform without prejudice and without fear of second rate referees and judges.
A World Championships is our own martial arts Olympics and a good world organization should reflect this. We at the W.K.C will always do so. Good luck to all of you on your journey to the World Gold Medal.

Hello Egypt's membership in the Wkc
From this rebirth the new W.K.C. can now boast of being the only Sanctioning Body for mat sports only Points Karate, Light Contact Karate, and Forms in the world. Their mission statement and prime directive is ‘the competitor always comes first’ Their first and continuing aim is to lower prices, improve refereeing and judging, and be at the forefront of developing ideas for sport safety, and technique advancements in tournaments and competitions. But most of all to bring the sport back to being Fun!

3 TIMES WORLD CHAMPION IN EGYPT
Italian semi contact national team coach Emanuele Bozzolani, 3 times WAKO world gold medallist (kg.-84), will run an international seminar in Egypt together with his othe national full contact team coach Donato Milano.
WAKO is trying to support Africa, trying to improve its technical level which obviously come from good coaching.
The seminar, which is open to all WAKO members (Africans included) will be under th sanctioning of WAKO Egypt, whose leader is Mr. Khaled El Kamash, and it will be from 10th to 15th July at 100 km. far from El Cairo. Precisely in Ismailia, right in the Olympic Village.
